And, to ensure smooth and trouble-free economical operation, proper installation and general maintenance as well as periodic field service is important. It is our customers’ responsibility to ensure that specified general maintenance is performed to insure proper operation. Now after installation you can take advantage of our trained technicians applying the latest in technology to keep your system operating at top performance levels.

Installation Services

Pauli Systems works with facilities worldwide to build ideas into highly efficient surface stripping operations. From RAM Blast Cabinets and Blast Rooms to complete depainting facilities for aircraft. For a turn-key facility, we provide planning and engineering services, equipment, assembly, utility connections, labor, training and initial operation oversight. In addition, our Compliance Program is enabling older facilities to be 100% environmentally clean and comply with new EPA and OSHA regulations.

Prime Performance Service

 Pauli Systems’ Technicians are well trained authorized specialists on RAM Systems and perform quality work to meet service requirements of your Blast Rooms and Cabinets. We offer on site service to inspect the operation of the overall system and reset it to factory specifications. Your copy of the Service Order is proof that all required inspections, adjustment and repairs have been performed.

ALL ABRASIVE BLASTING CREATES BREATHABLE PARTICLES OF DUST WHICH MAY INCLUDE SILICA AND WHICH MAY LEAD TO VARIOUS DISEASES INCLUDING SILICOSIS, A LUNG DISEASE THAT CAN BE FATAL. ABRASIVE REBOUND OR DIRECT BLAST MAY ALSO INJURE AN UNPROTECTED OPERATOR. THEREFORE, SAFETY REQUIRES THAT THOSE PERSONS IN THE AREA OF ABRASIVE BLASTING ALWAYS WEAR PROPERLY SELECTED AND MAINTAINED GOVERNMENT APPROVED RESPIRATORY EQUIPMENT AND FULL PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, FROM HEAD TO FOOT. IF YOUR PAINT OR PROCESS DUST IS HAZARDOUS, AN OPTIONAL HEPA FILTER MAY BE REQUIRED. BEFORE USING MACHINE GET APPROVAL FROM YOUR SAFETY DEPARTMENT.
